Hello friends & colleagues!
January is moving at a steady pace and we are all settling back into home, work and school routines and schedules. As we go through the motions and diligently and faithfully do what our hands find to do, let’s remind ourselves of this:
Vision is a picture of the future that produces passion.
Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.
Vision with action makes a powerful reality.
At Diverso we took the time to hear from each department what their vision for 2025 looks like. We also contributed our own individual puzzle pieces to these visions and zoomed in to find a vision for ourselves too. What do I want to work towards this year? What do I do that produces excitement, passion and commitment in me? Those are the things I want to buy into with my time, energy and heart.
May our leaders and the leaders of our customers and suppliers be able to make their visions clear to their followers this year. Within the team is where the potential and the capacity lies to change any vision from an idea into the reality for us all!
