Tip #2
Prevent Paper Jams:

As the weather changes, your office environment can get humid and expose your equipment to moisture causing more paper jams. Keep your ream of paper closed and in the original packaging in a dry location (even when unopened). Do not load too much paper in the paper trays if you do not print a lot.

Have your Team Trained:

Your team should know the basic features and functions of the machine, but it would be ideal if your team knew maintenance basics such as how to fix paper jams correctly and replace toner cartridges. You will save valuable time.
