What is professionalism as a company value?
In theory, the professionalism expected from any team is a collection of traits that together make up an exceptional employee, and in turn, a successful company. These traits include reliability, competence, dependability, respect, and the last core value – integrity.
Research has shown that consumers are drawn not only to the professionalism of a brand, but also to its unique personality. Maintaining professionalism while infusing a brand with its own distinct personality, ultimately creating a connection with consumers that is both authentic and enduring.
In reality, anyone can aspire to have “a professional brand”. But the proof is in the pudding and actions speak louder than words!
If I honestly reflect on my interactions with my Diverso Technology colleagues – they are professional in all the aspects mentioned above: reliable, competent, trustworthy, respectful and respectable and moreover just lekker, quality people. So, if we say Diverso is a professional company, I know we are building on the right foundation – professional people.
