Diverso will pay your company R1000 if we cannot save you money on a like-for-like solution.
What is the bottom line?
Diverso offers a free, no obligation office automation analysis for any company that is not already a Diverso customer. If Diverso cannot offer a more affordable, like-for-like solution than what you are currently paying, we will pay you R1000, or alternatively, donate R1000 to the Heaven-on-Earth Project (https://hoep.org.za/).
What’s the catch?
There is no catch.
There are however some easy-to-understand terms and conditions that you need to take note of. If your company pays/spends more than R 1 500 per month on the current solution, you are eligible to apply. We are confident that we can save you money!
If the specifications and features of our current solution differ to what Diverso can offer, how does Diverso make the price comparison?
We will adjust our solution, features and benefits to be as close to your current solution as possible, so that a like-for-like comparison is possible.
How do you apply?
Email save@diverso.co.za to obtain a free office automation analysis based on your current solution.
Submit the following documentation together with your request:
- A copy of your current rental agreement(s).
- A copy of your current Service agreement(s).
- Copies of the latest 3 months’ maintenance/copy charge invoices.
Diverso will analyse the information and submit a like-for-like proposal/comparison (excluding any settlements) within 7 days to show the cost saving, if any.
How do you get your R1000 if Diverso cannot save you money?
Diverso will send you an e-mail with your R1 000 claim form. You need to complete and return the form with your VAT invoice for the R1 000 (excluding). We will pay the money into your bank account or to the Heaven-on-Earth Project on your behalf.
Until when is the promotion valid?
The promotion is valid until 31 December 2022.
