We say “Your office is our Business” and Madiba said “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”, so what happens when you combine an opportunity to give, skills, teamwork and a company’s purpose? You empower 5 people who lead a team of 38 staff members who in turn, teach 1300 high school learners!
All Diverso had to do to make a massive difference was to life out our WHY! Why do we do what we do? To bring efficiency to offices through technology. When physical offices are geared with equipment and structure, more than operations can be switched on! People’s motivation and inspiration level are empowered too!

47 staff members from Diverso, MatzoTech and Solarc Electrical Africa helped to transform a burned down office container, back into the operational heart of Nomzamo High School!
Thank you to Strong Schools ZA – without your school support model, it will be impossible to make lasting, impactful, meaningful and timeous in our communities! Nomzamo High has a Strong Schools Coordinator who assists the school’s SMT to draw in, filter, implement and coordinate the support and resources that outside organisations offer. Without the conductor of the orchestra, all the willing hearts, donated good, time and effort spent cannot be optimally implemented on the ground. The bits and pieces of support just turn into random instruments making sounds. But with the strategic coordination, our support for Nomzamo WILL make the difference we all wish to see!
